"The bobwhit quail were totally unpredictable with their flight patterns after a covey rise. The covey rise might produce birds flying off to one's side; the covey rise might produce birds flying over one's head or conversely directly straight ahead. This is good because it offered many challenges for the hunter. Both the flushing dogs and the pointing dogs were very well trained and a treat to watch. The warm hospitality and genial manner of your staff was an added bonus. And last, but by no means least, was the fine fine traditional cuisine that your chef provided. The food was delicious and in southern fashion."
