Venison Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
Topping
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbl light brown sugar
  • 1 tbl mustard

Put all your meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Place in a 9 X 13 pan and shape into a loaf with a small trough, full length down the top. Mix up your catsup, brown sugar, and your mustard and spread it on top the meatloaf. Bake it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. After you remove it from the oven let it stand for 5 minutes then slice.
