OUR POLICIES

  1. *Payment Policy (Effective 1/1/2022): A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due October 1st. Reservations made after October 1st for the current season will require payment in full to finalize the reservation. Incidental charges are payable at the time of your departure. Guests will be charged in full for the number of guests and number of days booked. No exceptions.
  2. We do recommend Travel insurance because your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  3. We do not carry deposits over to the next season. 
  4. If you fail to pay your balance at the end of the hunt you have 30 days to pay in full or you will be charged 18% starting on 31st day and every day until you pay the balance in full.
  5. Our Rain policy if Southwind deems the hunt unsafe and we as a company call the hunt, you will not be billed for that hunt. If you opt out of hunting on your own behalf, you will be charged IN FULL for that hunt that you were scheduled for.
  6. If you choose to reschedule your hunt due to inclement weather, it must be in the same calendar season as the original booking date was in. You will lose HALF of your deposit and we will reschedule your hunt based on our availability.
