Featuring over 1, 000 acres of pristine quail hunting habitat, The Rich Place is home to the John Hall Lodge, named in honor of Colonel John Hall, a United States Air Force veteran and family member of owner Tim Smith.

Nestled on a hill overlooking a 10 acre lake, the lodge features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, great room, and its own state of the art cookhouse, which can serve up to 22 guests comfortably. After dinner, enjoy a stunning view of the lake while retiring to a rocking chair on the lodge's front porch, or relax by an open fire pit.
